ROASTED WEDNESDAY · SHIPPED THURSDAY

We roast on Wednesday because the cupping is on Tuesday.

Every bag leaves Bengaluru within 48 hours of the roast. We do not hold stock, we do not blend to a house profile, and we print the harvest date on the bag next to the roast date — because the gap between them is the part nobody shows you.

On the roaster this week

Three lots. When a lot runs out it comes off the site the same day rather than sitting there as a "notify me".

A kraft bag of the Attikan Estate lot

ATTIKAN ESTATE · BABABUDANGIRI

Washed SL9

Blackcurrant, cocoa nib, a long dry finish. Harvest Jan 2026. 1,340 m. ₹740 / 250 g

The Kerehaklu lot brewed as filter

KEREHAKLU · CHIKMAGALUR

Anaerobic Chandragiri

Loud. Strawberry, rum, faint funk. Not a first cup for everyone. Harvest Feb 2026. ₹980 / 250 g

The Nallur house lot served with biscuits

NALLUR · YERCAUD

Natural Kent

The one we drink at home. Jaggery, stone fruit, forgiving on a bad grinder. ₹620 / 250 g

The Wednesday subscription

  • Pick a frequency: weekly, fortnightly, or every four weeks
  • Choose one lot or let us rotate — rotation is what most people end up on
  • Skip, pause or cancel from the email itself, no login
  • Grind to order: whole bean, filter, moka, or espresso

₹620–₹980 a bag, whatever the lot costs that week. No subscription markup and no "member price" theatre.

Set one up

“I have been on the rotation for two years. The thing I did not expect was the note in the box explaining why this week tastes different from last week. Nobody else does that.”

Questions we get in the shop

How fresh is too fresh?+

Give a bag four days from the roast date before you brew it. Straight off the roaster it is still degassing and your extraction will be all over the place.

Do you do a dark roast?+

Not really. Our darkest is a medium by Italian standards. If you want a bag that tastes the same every time regardless of the crop, we are honestly the wrong roastery.

Can I visit?+

Wednesdays from 10:00, at the Rajajinagar unit. Watch the roast, cup whatever came off, buy at the door. No booking, no charge.

Wholesale?+

Fourteen cafés, minimum 8 kg a month, and we will train your team on the grinder for free. We cap wholesale at 20 accounts so we do not become a different kind of business.

The Tuesday cupping notes

What we tasted, what we rejected, and what is going on the roaster tomorrow. One email a week, sent Tuesday night.
