The clinic that phones you back the same evening.

Bramble is four vets and six nurses in Indiranagar. We publish our fees, we tell you when something can be watched rather than treated, and every consultation ends with a written summary in your inbox before you have parked at home.

What we do here

Everyday medicine

Vaccinations, deworming, skin, ears, gut. The unglamorous 80% of veterinary work, done unhurriedly in a 25-minute consultation slot.

Surgery and dentistry

Neutering, mass removals, and dental work under full monitoring with a dedicated anaesthesia nurse. We do not run surgery and consults from the same pair of hands.

Diagnostics on site

Digital X-ray, ultrasound and in-house bloods. Most results come back inside forty minutes, so you rarely leave without an answer.

Small mammals and birds

Rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and parrots — two of our vets hold an exotic species certificate, which is rarer in Bengaluru than it should be.

End of life, at home

When it is time, we come to you, unhurried, and we do not charge a call-out for it. This is the part of the job we take most seriously.

Behaviour clinics

Ninety-minute sessions for reactivity, separation distress and litter problems, with a follow-up plan you can actually run at home.

How we think about treating

  • We will tell you the cost before we do anything that costs money
  • We will say "let us watch this for a week" when that is the right answer
  • We will refer you out when a specialist is genuinely better, and we know several
  • We will not sell you a diet, a supplement or a plan at the till

Nine in ten of our new clients arrive because someone told them we did one of those four things. That is the whole marketing strategy.

“They talked me out of an expensive scan and asked me to come back in five days. He was fine. I have moved three streets away and I still drive back here.”

Emergencies and out of hours

What counts as an emergency?+

Breathing difficulty, collapse, a bloated hard abdomen, seizure lasting over two minutes, suspected poisoning, or straining to urinate in a male cat. Call, do not book online — we will make room.

Are you open at night?+

Until 21:00 daily. After that we route to Cessna Lifeline in Domlur, who hold our records and expect our calls. The number is on our voicemail and it is answered by a person.

Do you take walk-ins?+

Yes, and you will wait — booked appointments come first unless yours is an emergency. On a Sunday afternoon a walk-in can be a ninety-minute wait, honestly.

How do payments work?+

Card, UPI or cash at the end of the visit. We do not have a payment plan, but for large bills we will split it across two months rather than lose the patient.

Do you handle insurance?+

We give you an itemised invoice and clinical notes the same day, which is what every Indian pet insurer needs. We do not bill insurers directly; none of them make that workable yet.
