What counts as one email?

A single delivery attempt to one recipient. A campaign sent to 10,000 contacts = 10,000 emails. Bounces and rejections also count toward your total — only successfully accepted-by-our-API emails consume credits.

Can I switch between subscription and pay-as-you-go?

Yes — there's no contract on either. Subscription is monthly billing with a usage cap; pay-as-you-go is prepaid credits. You can start on one and move to the other from your billing dashboard at any time.

What happens if I exceed my plan limit?

On subscription plans, sends pause when you hit the cap until next billing cycle (or you upgrade the tier). On pay-as-you-go, sends pause once credits run out — top up and you are back. We never silently overcharge you.
