Manage your templates
Your saved collection of email templates lives at Spark → Templates — the dashboard calls it the Template Library. From here you can search, switch between grid and list view, and edit, duplicate, or delete any template you own.
Open the Templates page
Sign in to app.brixus365.com and click Spark → Templates. The page header reads Template Library with the sub-header Create and manage reusable message templates and a + New Template button on the right.
What shows up here
This page shows your Existing Templates — templates you’ve built or saved for re-use across campaigns.
It does not show Sample Templates from the gallery — those live in the campaign wizard’s Sample Templates tab and the standalone editor’s hub. Browse them via Pick a sample template.
Create your first template
If the page shows Create your first template with a + Create Template button, that’s the empty state — you haven’t built or saved any yet:

Create and manage reusable message templates
Create your first template
Create reusable message templates for your campaigns to save time and ensure consistency.
+ Create TemplateTwo ways to populate it:
- Click + Create Template (or + New Template in the header) to open the visual editor on a blank canvas. Build, then save — covered in Customise a template.
- Send a few campaigns starting from a sample. Each customised template stays attached to its campaign by default; if you want to re-use one across campaigns, the cleanest path is to rebuild it as a standalone template here.
Grid view vs list view
Top-right of the filter strip: a small grid/list toggle. Grid shows each template as a card with a preview; list shows a denser table with name, channel, subject, status, and last-modified. Pick whichever helps you scan faster — your preference is remembered.
Search
The search box filters templates by name. Type to filter; non-matching templates disappear in real time.
Per-template actions
Hover any template to reveal the actions menu (three-dot icon). From there:
- Edit — open the visual editor on the template (covered in Customise a template).
- Duplicate — create a copy you can rename and edit independently. Useful when you want to fork a polished template for a new campaign without losing the original.
- Delete — remove permanently. Doesn’t affect campaigns that already used the template — those keep their own per-campaign copy.
